Structure of Passive Voice:

Simple	Is/am/are + V3	Was/were + V3	Will be + V3
Continuous	Is/am/are being + V3	Was/were being + V3	Will be being + V3
Perfect	Has/have been + V3	Had been + V3	Will have been + V3
Perfect continuous	Has/have been being + V3	Had been being + V3	Will have been being + V3

For Example:

Active Voive        -->  She buys a book at bookstore

                                      Change the position of subject and object 

Passive Voice       --> A book is bought by her at bookstore
